Shipping & Exchange Policy
At Karpos Living LLC, we are honored to provide you with rare and unique mango tree varieties. Because these trees are living, delicate, and limited in supply, we want to be fully transparent about what you can expect when purchasing from us.
Your plant will be shipped out between 5-10 business days from date of purchase. And normal shipping processing time applies after it has been shipped.
All Sales are final once submittedÂ
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once tree ships, except in cases of qualifying shipping damage as outlined below.
**If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped there will be a processing fee of up to $25 take from the refund total.
2. No Guarantee on Live Plants
No Guarantee on Live Plants We cannot guarantee the survival, growth, or fruiting of your tree once it arrives. Success depends on proper planting, care, and environmental conditions in your area. Resources and care instructions are available to help you give your tree the best chance to thrive.Â
3. Limited Availability

Each mango tree variety we offer is extremely limited in quantity. Once a specific variety is sold out, we may not have replacements available in the same flavor or cultivar.

If damage occurs during shipping and a replacement is granted, we will do our best to provide the same variety. However, due to the rarity of these trees, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement.
4. Shipping & Handling

All trees are carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive healthy and protected.

Despite our efforts, once a package is in the hands of the carrier (UPS or others), handling is beyond our control. While most shipments arrive safely, shipping live plants always carries a small risk.
Damage & Inspection Policy
5. Delivery Inspection & Reporting Window
Upon delivery, customers are responsible for immediately inspecting their tree.
If your tree arrives:

Broken
-
Severely damaged
-
Neglected in appearance

Or not in healthy shipping condition
You must notify us via email within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Your email must include:

Clear photos of the tree (multiple angles)

Photos of the packaging
-
Your order number
Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery will void eligibility for any replacement, store credit, or refund consideration.
After 7 days, Karpos Living LLC is not obligated to provide any type of refund, replacement, or exchange.
6. After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may  include:

Replacement (if available)

Substitute variety of equal value

Store credit
Due to the rarity of certain varieties, an exact replacement is not guaranteed.

7. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Karpos Living LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping live plants involves inherent risk beyond our control
- All claims must follow the 7 day reporting requirements

Replacements for damaged trees are not guaranteed to be of the same variety.
- No guarantees are made regarding plant survival or performance
- All sales are final
