Shipping Terms & Conditions

At Karpos Living LLC, we are honored to provide you with rare and unique mango tree varieties. Because these trees are living, delicate, and limited in supply, we want to be fully transparent about what you can expect when purchasing from us.

1. Limited Availability

  • Each mango tree variety we offer is extremely limited in quantity. Once a specific variety is sold out, we may not have replacements available in the same flavor or cultivar.

  • If damage occurs during shipping and a replacement is needed, we will do our best to provide the same variety. However, due to the rarity of these trees, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement.

2. Shipping & Handling

  • All trees are carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive healthy and protected.

  • Despite our efforts, once a package is in the hands of the carrier (UPS or others), handling is beyond our control. While most shipments arrive safely, shipping live plants always carries a small risk.

3. Damage During Shipping

  • If your tree arrives damaged below the graft, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the tree and packaging.

  • We will review your claim with care and do our best to make things right—this may include offering a replacement (if available), a substitute variety, or store credit.

  • Because of the rarity of certain mango tree varieties, an exact replacement may not be possible.

4. No Guarantee on Live Plants

  • We cannot guarantee the survival, growth, or fruiting of your tree once it arrives. Success depends on proper planting, care, and environmental conditions in your area.

  • Resources and care instructions are available to help you give your tree the best chance to thrive.

5. Customer Commitment

By purchasing from Karpos Living, you acknowledge that:

  • Live plant shipments involve some risk outside of our control.

  • Replacements for damaged trees are not guaranteed to be of the same variety.

  • We are committed to fairness and customer care, and we will always work with you to find the best possible solution.
