Shipping & Handling
All trees are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the healthiest condition possible.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as UPS), handling is outside of our control. While most shipments arrive safely, shipping live plants carries inherent risk.
Karpos Living LLC is not responsible for delays, carrier mishandling, or damages that occur during transit.
Delivery Inspection & Reporting Window
Upon delivery, customers are responsible for promptly inspecting their tree.
If your tree arrives:

Broken
-
Severely damaged
-
In poor or neglected condition
-
Or not appearing in healthy shipping condition
You must notify us via email within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Your claim must include:

Clear photos of the tree (multiple angles)

Photos of the packaging
-
Your order number
Failure to notify us within this 7-day window will void eligibility for any replacement, store credit, or refund.
After 7 days, Karpos Living LLC is not obligated to provide any type of refund, replacement, or exchange.
Resolution Process
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement tree (if available)

Substitute variety of equal value

Store credit
Due to the rarity of certain mango varieties, an exact replacement is not guaranteed.
 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a tree has been delivered, except in cases that qualify under our damage and reporting policies outlined above.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Karpos Living LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

Shipping live plants involves inherent risk beyond our control

All claims must follow the 48-hour and 7-day reporting requirements

Replacement trees may not be the same variety

No guarantees are made regarding plant survival or performance

All sales are final
