Customer Agreement

By placing this order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • Live plant shipments carry risk beyond Karpos Living LLC’s control.

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to karposliving@gmail.com

  • Replacement varieties are not guaranteed.

  • After 7 days, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued. 

    Live Plant Disclaimer (No Guarantee)

    All plants are sold as-is. We do not guarantee the survival, growth, or fruit production of your tree after delivery.

    Plant success depends on proper planting, care, climate, and environmental conditions beyond our control.

    We strongly encourage customers to follow our care instructions to give their trees the best opportunity to thrive.

    Delivery Inspection & Reporting Window

    Upon delivery, customers are responsible for promptly inspecting their tree.

    If your tree arrives:

    • Broken

    • Severely damaged

    • In poor or neglected condition

    • Or not appearing in healthy shipping condition

    You must notify us via email within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

    Your claim must include:

    • Clear photos of the tree (multiple angles)

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

    Failure to notify us within this 7-day window will void eligibility for any replacement, store credit, or refund.

    After 7 days, Karpos Living LLC is not obligated to provide any type of refund, replacement, or exchange.

    No Returns or Exchanges

    Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges once a tree has been delivered, except in cases that qualify under our damage and reporting policies outlined above.
